- Custom Orders: Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like a change of mind or incorrect size/colour selection. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue, and we will issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order if it has not yet gone into production. Once production begins, all sales are final.
- Incorrect Address/Unclaimed Packages: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
